Meet The Team
Kelly Chamberlin

President

Kelly Chamberlin is the owner of Chamberlin Public Relations, a San Francisco-based hospitality agency launched in January 2004. With more than 15 years of public relations experience, Kelly has worked with grand luxury resorts, urban boutique hotels, and popular travel destinations. She has secured press coverage for her clients in top media outlets including the New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Vogue, and the Wall St. Journal. Kelly has a passion for travel, food and wine. Utilizing these skills, she has edited three guidebooks including Where to Wear San Francisco, Fodor’s Travel Guide to Arizona, and the Eyewitness Travel Guide to San Francisco. She has served on the communications committee of the California Travel Association, the Public Relations Committee for POW WOW, and the communications committee of the San Francisco Hotel Council. She is a founding member of PR Divas in San Francisco and a volunteer for Dress for Success.

Claudia Lew

Media Relations Specialist

Claudia Lew has solid experience in all aspects of public relations, from media relations and pitching A-list media, to the nut and bolts of day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Chamberlin Public Relations, Claudia worked at the Presidio Trust where she gained a wealth of experience in media relations, including pitching media, organizing media events and crafting strategic media plans. Previously she worked at the Portland Art Museum where she managed the museum’s social media, and created content on the museum’s website. Beyond her passion for the public relations industry, she enjoys traveling, tennis and fashion.

Amanda Shepherd

Social Media Strategist

With 15 years of experience under her belt, Amanda Shepherd is a highly decorated and seasoned veteran in the social media industry. Inspired by her European backpacking adventures post-graduation from UNLV, Amanda discovered her calling in the travel and hospitality industry. Thanks to her extensive agency and in-house experience, she’s collaborated with renowned clients such as Once Upon a Farm, OCHO Candy, Northwest Cherry Growers, and a variety of Hilton and Marriott properties across the United States. Notably, Amanda’s campaigns have propelled businesses like The Chef’s Press to remarkable organic social media growth, and her social media work on the 2017 Chefsgiving event in San Francisco earned her accolades from PR Daily. When she’s not shaping digital strategies or exploring Instagram’s latest trends, you’ll find Amanda jet-setting around the globe, embracing every opportunity for adventure, from Bay Area weekends to overseas backpacking journeys.
